Members of Small Ruminant Raisers Association in Balanga City have all the reasons to celebrate these days following the release of P10.5 million intended for the feed mill from the Department of Agriculture through the national government’s livestock program. Sources from the Balanga MIS (management information system) office said the feed mill will be operated by the city government’s Small Ruminant Raisers Association (COBSRRA).
Five percent of the mill’s gross income shall be credited to the city government to support the city’s community development pojects like the school learning hub (SLH) and other structures in school that enjoy wi-fi and which are equipped with computers.
