He said the flourishing labor –intensive eco-industrial manufacturing plants at Freeport Area of Bataan in Mariveles, expanding industrial estate in Limay town and Hermosa Economic Zone are basically portray the huge investment opportunities awaiting the entry of housing and commercial locators in Bataan.
He added the completion of Mariveles-Bagac coastal road would further enhance tourism industry with the construction of hotels, retirement villages and high-end housing facilities since it would attract visitors and locators from Clark Ecozone, Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) and FAB to see the exciting natural panoramic views and world –class beach resorts of Morong and Bagac towns, the two premier tourist destinations in Central Luzon.
