BALANGA CITY, Bataan- A liaison officer of a catering services for shipping firms is strongly convinced of the excellent investment foresight of Governor Albert Raymond S. Garcia of transforming the province into a leading eco-industrial hub in Central Luzon.
Ms. Femelyn Cerezo Deldoc, a former computer specialist of the Bataan Provincial Information Office, has explained the constructive investment policy of Governor Garcia patterned after his distinguished father’s target goal, the late Bataan lawmaker and Governor Enrique T. Garcia,Jr. who laid down the comprehensive socio-economic thrust of exploring all avenues for the long range development programs of the province.
Ms. Deldoc sees overflowing entrepreneurship growth in the countryside and the launching of productive economic zones, Mount Samat Tourism Enterprise Authority and industrial estates in the province manifested the outcome of the monumental achievements of the local leadership’s advocacy of good governance and investment inflow insights to attract local and foreign investors.
More micro, small and medium trading and retailing outlets have occupied formerly idle hilly sections of sprawling Roman Expressway into commercial business centers like the Bataan sales office of a leading car distributor ,hotels, fast food eateries brokerage and trucking depot and office of Manila-based corporate entities, housing and property leasing firms and others.
The latest development trend is a significant factor particularly in the main thoroughfare in the province which is regarded as the showcase of the economic prosperity in the country’s former battle ground during the last World War 11.
