Mayor David, Kagawad Cabulao support local chess player

Limay Mayor Richie David and Barangay Luz Kagawad Jesse Cabulao have extended financial support to five young chess players from Limay who are competing in the NCFP National Age Group Chess Championship Tournament from June 3 to 7 in Olongapo City.

Through the initiative of Mayor David, the LGU of Limay provided ₱7,500 for the players’ registration fees, ensuring their participation in the competition. Mayor David also contributed an additional ₱5,000 from his personal funds to help cover the team’s expenses. Kagawad  Cabulao  showed support for the young athletes by donating ₱2,000 to help cover additional expenses. He has long been helping supporting chess development in Limay and even in other parts of Bataan.
