Councilor Pam Sandoval received a commendation for successfully completing and passing the year-long 5th Young Leaders in Good Governance Fellowship Program.

She was bestowed a Certificate of Completion by program organizers of Jesse M. Robredo Foundation and Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Foundation. Sandoval is one of the 21 completers of the fellowship program out of 236 candidates from all over the country. The program aims to bring together and train incumbent young government officials aged 21-41 years old on leadership and good governance.

The Jesse M. Robrero Foundation is dedicated to the empowerment of local government units through good governance and principles of accountability, transparency, and people empowerment as exemplified by the late Department of the Interior and Local Government secretary. The Dinalupihan local government commended Councilor Sandoval for her achievement during a flag-raising ceremony recently. Sangguniang Bayan Resolution 290-2023 congratulating and commending her for the feat was also presented.
