PhilHealth recognizes Bataan as partner for championing health services

PhilHealth Region III recognized the Province of Bataan for its outstanding support to public health initiatives during their “Central Luzon Appreciation of Partners (CLAP): Celebrating Excellence for Multi-Stakeholders Convergence” held on November 20, in San Fernando City, Pampanga.

Board Member Romano “Popoy” del Rosario accepted the award on behalf of Gov. Jose Enrique S. Garcia III, representing the province during the regional stakeholders’ event. The recognition highlighted Bataan’s continued commitment to strengthening healthcare access and its collaborative efforts with PhilHealth in implementing programs that benefit local communities.

PhilHealth Region III emphasized the importance of strong partnerships with local government units in sustaining health services and empowering stakeholders across Central Luzon. BM Del Rosario expressed gratitude for the award, reaffirming Bataan’s dedication to supporting initiatives that bring quality and reliable healthcare closer to every family in the province.
