SAMAL, Bataan – The Municipality of Samal occupied the 11th Place in the National Rank Category – National Competitiveness Index for 2017 by the National Competitiveness Council (NCC).
According to the National Competitiveness Index website (www.cmcindex.org.ph), The Cities and Municipalities Competitiveness Index is an annual ranking of Philippine cities and municipalities developed by the NCC through the Regional Competitiveness Committees (RCCs) with the assistance of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
In her facebook post, Samal Municipal Mayor Gene Malibiran-Dela Fuente thanked the Lord for His guidance and all the Samaleños who contributed to this achievement
