SSS Mariveles gets Excellent rating in anti-red tape

MARIVELES, Bataan – The Social Security System (SSS) Mariveles Branch got an Excellent rating in anti-red tape for the year 2015.

Based on the Anti-Red Tape (ARTA) Report Card Survey of the Civil Service Commission (CSC), the branch got a rating of 92.72%. The commission conducted the survey on June 1-3, 2015.

The survey was conducted by inspecting the service office of the SSS Mariveles and by interviewing clients within the premises who availed the frontline services: Issuance of SSS Number, Processing of Application of Salary Loan, and Application for Unified Multi-purpose ID.

Through the survey, the compliance of SSS Mariveles with the ARTA provisions and overall satisfaction of their clients were examined.

Jordan Herrera OIC Branch Manager of SSS Mariveles since February last year, expressed satisfaction on their achievement noting in 2104 the branch rating in ARTA was merely Good.

He added that a CSC representative unknown to them will go to their service center and evaluate their Excellent rating. If proven we deserve it, we will be given Seal of Excellence, he added.
