Bataan police lauds Governor Garcia vs. illegal drugs

BALANGA CITY, Bataan – Police authorities here have expressed their gratitude to Bataan governor Albert Raymond S. Garcia, Chief Superintendent Rudy Lacadin, Central Luzon police director and officials of the provincial convenor’s group in the fight against illegal drugs.

Senior superintendent Rhodel Sermonia, Bataan police provincial director, said the all-out supports of those officials are instrumental to the success of the PNP in proactively addressing the illegal drug abuse problem in the province, a problem that is faced by almost all local government units in the country.

Sermonia expressed his appreciation by saying that the extra ordinary effort exerted by the police resulting to the arrests of suspects is a clear manifestation of the “no compromise” policy of the PNP in its campaign to totally eradicate this menace in our society.

He added that the successive apprehension against suspects involved in illegal drugs should serve as a strong message to persons involved in illegal drug abuse and other crimes to do away with their nefarious activities.
