Tradiciones Navideñas: A holiday collection

BAGAC, Bataan – This Yuletide season, Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar brings back the spirit of Filipino Christmas celebration as they offer something for everyone that will surely bring the warmth and goodness of the holiday season.

This December, Las Casas has lined up series of delightful events that will surely be enjoyed by guests from all over the country and abroad. Among the list of events in store are “Santa at Las Casas” on December 24, pm. Children will have the chance to meet and greet jolly old Santa Claus at Plaza Belmonte’s Gazebo and make this a Christmas they will never forget as the resort adopts Santa to give goodies and surprise gifts to kids 12 years old and below.

Another holiday tradition to look forward to is the “Christmas Carols at the Casas”, nightly from 8pm to 9pm from December 24 to 31. They will enjoy the delightful sounds of the season as live carolers fill up the air with Yuletide cheer and joyful Christmas carols both old and new.

Christmas will not be complete without giving honor and glory to the main reason of the celebration. Las Casas guests are invited to join the “Misa Festiva”(Holy Mass) on December 24,25,31, 2016 and on January 1, 2017 at 6pm.

“Feliz Año Nuevo” or New Year Countdown will be on December 31, 2016 at Plaza Mayor de Tobias. There will be fireworks display while guests are dancing the night away at the sensational party, following the traditional midnight welcome with featured entertainment upon saying goodbye to 2016.

Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar in Bagac, Bataan showcases Filipino history and craftsmanship which takes you back to the 18^th century. The traditional houses as hotel accommodations are the centerpiece of this Bataan beach resort about 125 km northwest of Manila. Architectural pieces of a bygone era, from different parts of the country were reconstructed brick by brick, plank by plank.
