Plaza Mayor de Ciudad de Balanga shines once again

CITY of BALANGA, Bataan — The month long Christmas celebration at the Plaza Mayor de Ciudad de Balanga has officially started as City of Balanga Mayor Francis Garcia together with Vice Mayor Vianca Gozon, Bataan Peninsula Tourism Council Chairperson Vicky Garcia, Balanga City Tourism Council Chairperson Raquel Garcia and Sangguniang Panglungsod members spearheaded the grand Christmas lights switch on held in this City, last night, December 3.
“This has been a tough year for all Balangueños but we all made it through. I hope everyone gets to appreciate our effort in bringing back the light of Plaza Mayor de Ciudad de Balanga once again,” said City of Balanga Mayor Francis Garcia in expressing his gratitude behind the grand Christmas lights switch on.
Performances from U-Town artists Mikaela Puzon and Suzette Soyangco, Tanghalang Tatsulok, and Alab Boy Dancers left the audience in awe as they performed heartfelt numbers in relation to the celebration.
