Balanga City cited for using infotech in delivering services

The judging was done by the Department of the Interior and Local Government, the Department of Science and Technology and the Department of Trade and Industry using the E-readiness Assessment Survey.

Also recognized during the 2014 E-readiness Leadership Awards were the cities of Taguig, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Mandaluyong, Valenzuela, Makati, San Fernando and Angeles in Pampanga province, and Batangas.
