Balanga sets fiesta activities

BALANGA CITY, Bataan – The leadership of City Mayor Joet Garcia and Vice Mayor Noel Valdecanas has initiated a month-long colorful and even noble activities for the city’s Pistang Balangueño 2015.

The annual feast in honor of St. Joseph has, for this year, the theme “Biyaya ng Pinagmulan, Tatak ng Pagkakakilanlan”. The festivities will culminate on April 28, the City’s fiesta day.

Five of the highlights of the festivities are Banga Food Festival on April 16; Parade of Floats and Street Dancing on April 20; Dangal Balangueno on April 24; Mutya ng Lungsod ng Balanga Coronation Night, April 25; and Plaza Hotel Night Gabi ng Kasiyahan, April 26.

Other activities include the Risho Kosei-Kai Cultural Night and start of Bataan Trade Fair on April 7; Re-enactment of Surrender of Bataan, April 8; Senior Citizens Night, April 9; Amang Balangueno, April 15; Ginang Balangueno, April 17; Takbo Balanga and Smart Dance Contest on April 18; Gabi ng Ocampo’s Metromall, Apirl 23; La Torre and Serenata, April 27; and El Gamma Penumbra Cultural Night, April 29.
