GENERAL ROLE DESCRIPTION:

 Responsible for the compliance to legislation, corporate SHEC policies and customer and

community expectations;

 Provides the Limay Site with expertise in the area of SHEC standards and implementation;

 Direct reporting to Orica Philippines – Limay Site QSHEC and Security Lead

QUALIFICATIONS:

 University Degree (preferably in Mining, Chemical or Occupational Health);

 Must be an Accredited PCO / SO (preferably a Safety Practitioner);

 With at least three (3) years relevant industrial operational experience;

 Must have excellent strategic influencing skills; with good project management skills and

the ability to plan and control resources.
