BALANGA CITY, Bataan – Bagac Mayor Louise Gabriel Q. del Rosario is expecting a vibrant and huge market for real estate and property investment in the locality with the thriving economic business trend which is regarded as one of the leading tourist destinations in Central Luzon.
Nick S. Ancheta, Bagac municipal administrator, has expounded the developmental strategic concept of Mayor Del Rosario that the real estate business is ready to be explored like other commercial establishments and leisure-type resorts with expected inflow of migrating workers and visitors.
Ancheta said local officials are creating feasible groundwork to ensure the coastal town can accommodate large number of job applicants and their families and the availability of housing facilities with the full blast construction of an Special Economic Zone near the boundary of Mariveles and Bagac which is estimated to generate thousands of skilled and semi-skilled job opportunities for the residents.
There’s no question to it, Bagac continues to enthrall and captivate visitors and potential investors with its pristine waters and picturesque sights facing the West Philippine Sea and green tropical forest with still unexplored waterfalls beneath the Bataan National Park, Ancheta said.
He explained Bagac town having the longest municipal coastline in Bataan , about 60 kilometers from the boundaries of Mariveles and Morong, remains to be the most favored tourist destination and retirement haven for locators.
Ancheta added one of the industries that seem to gain the benefits of a growing economy is real estate business as several property developers from Metro Manila and Central Luzon make their way to Bataan to build not only tourism-oriented resorts and other healthy –leisure type of projects including inclusive residential houses.
