Balanga City conducts “Batang Sining 2016”

CITY of BALANGA, Bataan – Little hearts and minds from different barangays here gathered recently at their graduation rites of what they called “Batang Sining 2016.”

The said activity, themed: “colorful hands, colorful minds,” is a workshop for children where they were given firsthand experience on various art expressions. The workshop which lasted for a week, trained the children in different art forms such as visual arts, theater arts, and vocal arts.

Artists from known artists’ groups such as Guhit Pinas led by Mr. Alex Quizon, Tanghalang Tatsulok, and other groups served as trainers.

During their graduation rites, the children exhibited their learned art skills which also served as the culmination of their week-long training.
