BALANGA CITY, Bataaan – Police authorities here have expected the continuing public support to prevent criminality and to work for more peaceful atmosphere that would attract more investments in the province.
Senior superintendent Benjamin H. Silo, Jr. Bataan police provincial director said the cohesive and productive participation of the residents and different sectors of the society are necessary to achieve a prosperous and livable community.
Silo, a lawyer, explained that the provincial government headed by Governor Albert Raymond S. Garcia is focusing on its strategic development plan to ensure greater benefits for the residents including efficient delivery of public health and social services, infrastructure, quality education, world-class technical skills training, job opportunities and other livelihood programs which would uplift the socio-economic status of the people in the historic peninsula.
With these initiatives, Silo said the local government is moving toward charting a destiny for the betterment and realistic future for the youth and their families .
The present situation describes Bataan as relatively conducive, the peaceful local scenario reciprocates with the province’s vision that by year 2020, Bataan will be the preferred location for eco-industrial investments leading to the highest developement index in the country.
