GMCP – Reliability Supervisor

GNPower Mariveles Coal Plant Ltd. Co. (GMCP) is looking for qualified Bataan locals to fill in the following positions for its Operations and Maintenance Team:

1. Reliability Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Sc. Degree in Engineering: Mechanical preferred; minimum 5 years’ experience equivalent required in lieu of a 4 or 5-year engineering degree;
• Thorough knowledge of the practices, procedures and techniques essential to the reliability assessment of electricity-generation plants; experience in using PDM diagnostic tools (SKF and/or COMMTEST hardware and software) is highly desired;
• Vibration, Infrared, and Oil Analysis Certification through major vendor certification program, or equivalent combination of education & experience;
• Good knowledge of power plant electrical systems as well as the standards, methods, practices, tools and materials for the repair and maintenance of plant electrical equipment;
• Ability to plan, assign, supervise and lead the work activities of others;
• Ability to communicate effectively (English), both orally and in writing;
• Skilled in the use of computers and associated programs and (i.e., MS Word, Excel & Power Point).
