A Disease Surveillance Updates and PIDSR Data Management Seminar among municipal health workers from all over the province is currently being held at the PHO Conference Room, this City. Dr. Rosanna Buccahan presented to the guests and participants the SP resolution strengthening and institutionalizing the PESU.
Ms. Ma. Rosario Gamet, PESU Nurse and Dengue Control Program Coordinator focused her discussion on the Ebola Virus disease and the provincial dengue status. Joanamary Magpoc and Michael Baluyot gave an indepth discussion on PIDSR Data Management and Analysis and Report Generation.
Mr. Ronald and Marissa Juntura of Splash Corporation, after presenting their company profile distributed samples of their hygiene products to the seminar participants. They also donated 1,500 sachets of insect repellant lotion per municipality, to help avert the spread of dengue in the province.
