LTO, BJMP buildings to rise in Orani

ORANI, Bataan – The Land Transportation Office (LTO) will have another office in this municipality and the new provincial jail will also soon be relocated here, Mayor Efren “Bondjong” Pascual, Jr. confirmed on Monday.

Last week, Mayor Pascual together with municipal administrator Raul De Guzman, Municipal Planning and Development Office (MPDO) chief Nasir Ocampo and other municipal employees visited the Metro Bataan Development Authority (MBDA) Command Center compound where the LTO office will be built to cater to the residents of Bataan’s 1st district.

Pascual also met with provincial engineer Enrico “Ric” Yuzon and MBDA general manager Charlie Pizarro, Jr. for the planning and other legal procedures in building the said LTO office inside the Command Center.

During the said meeting, an ocular inspection was also held for the future location of the new provincial jail under the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP).

Both the LTO and BJMP buildings will be built under the Public Private Partner (PPP) scheme.
