More job opportunities open in FAB

MARIVELES, Bataan – Four registered locators of the Freeport Area of Bataan (FAB) are hiring new workers to address their operation requirements.

Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB) Chairman and Administrator Deogracias G.P. Custodio said that the job opportunities reflect the growing industry of the FAB.  He added that it is also the result of the AFAB’s commitment to strengthen strategic sectors and industries that provide greater employment multipliers.

The companies hiring new workers are Mitsumi Phils, Inc., Grand Innovasia Concept Corp (GICC)., Boast, Inc., and Perpetual Prime Mfg., Inc. (PPMI). Mitsumi Phils, Inc., an electronic products manufacturer and one of the oldest locators in the FAB, is currently in need of ten (10) technicians and 150 operators.

Applicants residing in Mariveles have the advantage in the hiring.

On the other hand, business process outsourcing firm GICC is looking for five (5) female staff and 200 female online dealers. GICC is hiring through Innovasia Manpower Services, Inc. Vacant positions in Boast, Inc. include one (1) industrial engineer  (IE) supervisor, three (3) IE staff, one (1) finance manager, six (6) injection machine operators and five (5) stitching line leaders. Boast, Inc., is a subsidiary of Luenthai Group of Companies that produces safety shoes.

Meanwhile, high-end shoe manufacturer PPMI is hiring 1,000 production operators through Fully Advance Manpower Solutions, Inc. It is also looking for one (1) finance manager, one (1) bookkeeper and one (1) accountant.

Interested applicants will have to submit their resumes to the AFAB Labor Center located at the ground floor of the Admin building. Other requirements are barangay clearance, police clearance and school or training credentials such as diploma, training certificate and transcript of record.
