Not yet too old to learn new tricks

Aimed at refreshing the senior citizens, specifically the officers  of the Office of the Senior Citizens Affairs (OSCA) on proper financial management as well as in proper documentation or preparation of pertinent documents necessary in the implementation of their identified projects, this undertaking is a result of the collaborative efforts of the Bataeno Federation of Senior Citizens Association of the Philippines (BFSCAP), the Bataan League of OSCA Heads and the Provincial Government of Bataan, thru the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office under Mrs. Marilyn Tigas and Ms. Christina May T. Ferma, Focal Person for the Elderly.

Mr. Roberto A, Mateo, BFSCAP president warmly welcomed the guests and participants, while BM Rolando Z. Tigas, SP Committee Chairman on Senior Citizens delivered an encouraging message. Mr. Eduardo de Mesa from the Provincial Planning and Development Office shared valuable insights on Annual Work and Financial Plan preparation. Project proposal making was handled by Ms. May Ferma.
