Bataan has critical advantages over neighboring provinces to lure investors

BALANGA CITY, Bataan – A Bataan provincial board member has identified two principal advantages of the historic peninsula over other provinces which fascinate investors to put up commercial establishments in the periphery  of the industrial zones and different  tourism destinations here.

Vice chair of Tourism Committee of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) said the existence of the flourishing industrial estates and the Bataan’s unforgettable historical stature as the last bastion of Democracy in South East Asia during World War ll are considered significant edges on the part of locators as strategic indications of profitable and resourceful ventures.

Robust investors’ appetite for real estate development projects in upland and coastal areas are likely to expand in Mariveles,Bagac, and Morong towns  where  enormous track of lands facing the majestic West Philippine Sea  remains one of the most promising, perfectly and productive tourist  hub in Central Luzon.

Board member Manalaysay said that with booming local travel and tourism industry should have adequate support facilities like good range of after-hours entertainment, delicious local cuisines to offer to visitors good supermarkets and convenience stores.

He explained the lack of outlets which is zeroing in on international products and high-quality produced arts and handcrafts and adequate health and emergency medical care facilities should be established to generate more tourists which are estimated to reach one million for both local and foreign visitors for the year.
