In his message, Petrasanta gave emphasis on three important points: police personal safety in responding to emergencies, capacity building to support the community and capability check for policemen to survive disasters.
He further said that a follow through developmental programs will be conducted to intensity police capability in responding to future crisis which include the creation of a Police Regional Level Disaster Plan, development of a police emergency and crisis organization, training of policemen in situational response management, command and control, develop leadership in supervising emergencies.
