PGB employees attend ComDev training

CITY OF BALANGA, Bataan – To help employees of the Provincial Government of Bataan (PGB) enhance both their oral and written communication skills, the Provincial Human Resource Management Office led by its Officer-in-Charge Mrs. Luz Enriquez, conducted a 2-day Communication Development training last November 9 &  10 at the Crown Royale Hotel, this City.

The moderator of the award-winning campus paper, The Defender and Bataan Peninsula State University (BPSU) English instructor, Mrs. Normita M. Lugtu shared her expertise on public speaking and technical writing such as preparing minutes of the meeting, project proposals, invitation letters and memorandum.

Attendees, most of whom were department heads and their respective administrative officers all went home enlightened and with a renewed self-confidence.
