Thriving real estate industry attracts investors to Bataan

SUBIC BAY FREEPORT- Senator Cynthia Villar is highly optimistic of the province’s thriving real estate and commercial property leasing business with favorable spate of fascinated foreign and local locators to open up industrial and trading establishments in the historic peninsula.
Senator Villar has described the province’s strategic importance which is bounded in the west by the West Philippine Sea and in the east by the Manila Bay – the gateway to the country’s political , social and economic center.
As she pushed the Bataan peninsula’s encouraging industrial and commercial sites before the 2,000 delegates who witnessed the signing of alliance agreement between Hugpong ng Pagbabago headed by Davao City Mayor Sara Z. Duterte and Bataan Governor Albert Raymond S. Garcia of Partido Balikatan ng Bataan last Sunday here ,Senator Villar , chair of the Senate Agriculture Committee, has justified the alliance agreement as preferential document which is leaning toward of boasting further the socio-economic growth of Bataan.
She told the delegates the newly-acclaimed category of the historic province as an investment friendly community has strengthen the economic fundamentals of the local government officials to articulate a dynamic business plan .
The long-range economic program and wide –scale infrastructure and public works projects of Governor Garcia are crucial features which directly motivated locators to participate in the industrial transformation of the province.
The lady senator has stressed the family-owned corporate firm had developed several housing projects and built Bataan Vista Mall which is considered one of the largest commercial and retailing malls in Central Luzon.
She added that her mother-in-law hails from the fishing town of Orani,Bataan.
