No Deal with Tobacco Industry

Atty. Rosalinda Oliva, an assessor from the Civil Service Central Office conducted a random survey and interview among the department heads and employees of the Provincial Government of Bataan to assess the Agency in its effectiveness  in implementing the” SMOKE FREE POLICY “(CSC-DOH JMC no. 17) and the   ” NO DEAL with the TOBACCO INDUSTRY POLICY”(CSC-DOH JMC 2010-01)   which is a joint memorandum between the Department of Health (DOH) and the Civil Service Commission (CSC).  Atty. Oliva was very much elated by the result of the survey showing a high level of awareness among the Provincial Capitol employees with regards to the above-mentioned policy.
