DTI-Bataan consumer welfare month celebration

CITY of BALANGA, Bataan – With the theme, “Sapat na impormasyon: susi sa wastong gamit ng enerhiya”, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) culminates its Consumer Welfare Month celebration today at the Lou-Is Restaurant, this City. In attendance are consumer representatives, licensing officers and market administrators from the different local government units of the province.

In his inspirational message, Metro Bataan Development Authority (MBDA) Chairman and former Pilar Mayor Carlos Pizarro lauded the efforts of DTI-Bataan headed by Ms. Nelin Cabahug in providing the public with accurate information on energy development, energy conservation and safety of electrical wires and cables to name a few.

Among the panel of speakers are Director Efren Balaoing of  DOE Luzon Field Office; Mr. Alberto Oliveros, Jr. of Flat Glass Alliance of the Phils; Engr. John Paul SC Aran of Panasonic Phils; and Ms. Tess Templonuevo of Phil. Electric Wire and Cable.
