LIMAY, Bataan – Responding to the need for additional housing for the thousands of workers in this highly-industrialized town, the Fiesta Communities, Inc. opened over the weekend its low-cost housing units in barangay San Francisco de Asis 2, in this town.
The opening of the Fiesta Communities, Inc. here came at a time when the province, particularly in this town, site of the multi-billion Petron Bataan Refinery, DND Arsenal, and other multi national companies, needs housing units to accommodate the rising number of workers and personnel.
Noting the immediate need for housing, Gov Abet S Garcia has been looking for ways to provide houses and inviting investors to invest in housing in Bataan, expecting that some more giant companies will put up shops in the province.
“Fiesta Communities, Inc. continues the service of helping the government alleviate homelessness. As it strengthens vision in realizing hopes, uplifting lives, FIESTA Communities launches its first socialized and low-cost housing in Limay,” said Katrina Gail Hipol and Philip Anthony Tan, Manager for communication and Sales, respectively.”
The opening was witnessed by more than 500 guests including prospective home buyers, brokers, sales agents and members of the press. Hipol and Tan said that some 2,500 units are available to the public particularly members of the Pag ibig.
Strategically located along the Roman highway, Fiesta communities is so accessible to the market, Municipal hall, Limay Polytechnic university, Bataan General Hosp. and 10-minute drive away to Vista Mall and Balanga city.
The nine model units of the subdivision showcased during the event allowed prospective buyers to choose one from each housing line namely: The Bungalow Line. Features homes which are ideal for the minimum wage earners because of its price of P2, 535 per month. The Modern Line. Two-storey houses economically designed to provide a perfect balance of cost and space,
The Premiere Line. The top-of-the-line units that are fit for every growing family located in corner lots for privacy and personal space.
Reservations already began last August 29 at FIESTA Communities’ Sales office at Casa Legre Arcade Bldg., Capitol Drive, San Jose, Balanga City which earned 137 reservations in just one day, said Hipol and Tan.
For the safety of the residents, Fiesta communities is guarded 24 hours a day, with Bayanihan hall, basketball courts, jogging paths, gym equipment and parks and playground.
