BALANGA CITY, Bataan – Family, friends, relatives, government officials, and other Bataeños who have been touched by the life and legacy of the late Cong. Tet Garcia came together to celebrate his birthday today, September 13, 2017 at Eternal Shrine Memorial Park, this city.

“Should we be not proud that Bataan is now progressive and being praised? Should we be not proud that many want to come, see, and experience Bataan?” Bishop Ruperto Santos said during the mass. “Cong. Tet is at peace in heaven and also proud of us. We can conclude that we are also at peace here in Bataan as we are now safe, stable and secure. Thus, we are also proud to be Bataeños.”

Present in the celebration were Mrs. Vicky Garcia, Gov. Abet Garcia, Cong. Joet Garcia, Mayor Gila Garcia, Mayor Francis Garcia, Vice Gov. Cris Garcia, other government officials, relatives, and friends.

“Marahil masaya ang ating minamahal na Tet Garcia ngayon na nasa langit na siya, at masaya po siya na hanggang ngayon ay nasa puso pa rin natin si Cong. Tet. Kaya maraming salamat po sa inyong lahat.” Gov. Abet Garcia said in his short message.
