Mr. Jerome Brian Tang, the project manager and operations consultant of the newly-opened Capitol Square Mall in Balanga City, was very happy with the successful outcome of their mall opening as he speaks highly of the good business climate in said city. Mr. Tang said that this is the first venture of their Hill Up Realty Corporation and he is amazed on the ease in doing business with the City Government of Balanga, which according to him is in line with the “NO CORRUPTION” policy thus, they made it a point to transact and open their business right.
Mr. Tang also said that, he was the one who personally attended to the processing of their documents, and neither Mayor Francis Garcia nor Gov. Abet Garcia gave him a hard time or asked any favor from him, thus he really is proud to say that Bataan is a business-friendly province, more so with their “no smoking policy”, one-stop-shop, to name a few, that show good intentions for the people.
As of press time, Capitol Square Mall is 90% occupied though during the opening, some of their tenants were still designing their stalls and still many have signified their intentions to invest in their mall.
Capitol Square Mall, according to Mr. Tang is a corporation, and one of their co-partners is the part-owner of the successful New Star establishment near the Balanga City public market, who influenced them on the business potentials of Bataaan.
Mr.Tang believes that their partnership with the city government of Balanga is on the right track and that is a good sign for them to proceed to their next project in Dagupan City.
