Master Charles’ comeback is real

BALANGA CITY, Bataan – When it rains, it pours… and opens doors and floods the floors.

Being recognized before for being an extraordinary boy who singlehandedly won 7 medals in the 12th SICC Invitational Swimming Championship held at Singapore last August 2016, Master Charles comes back with more medals in hand.

Held last March 11-12, 2017 in Tokyo Japan, Master Charles Janda bagged 10 medals for the 8 years old category in the March Age Group Swimming Championship. His awards are as follows: 1st place in 50m backstroke, 1st place in 25m butterfly, 2nd place in 50m butterfly, 2nd place in 100m individual medley, 2nd place in 25m backstroke, 2nd place in 100m freestyle relay, 2nd place in 200m freestyle relay, 2nd place in 200m medley relay, 2nd place in 100m medley relay, and 4th place in 50m freestyle relay.

With continuous all out support from his parents and Bataan Governor Albert S. Garcia, we can see from him the urge to continue following his dreams. Indeed, his parents were right in naming him Master, because with a total of 97 medals in 2016, and starting 2017 with 10 medals, he sure has a long way to go to becoming one of the masters in swimming.
