The opening ceremony was graced by no less than Sen. Sonny Angara, Vice Chairman of the Senate Committee on Tourism. At least a thousand people visited the Bataan Booth, signed the guest book and received brochures distributed by our Tourism Office staff. Local products such as araro cookies, polvoron, tamarind balls, cashew nuts, taro and mussel chips were likewise sold during the 3-day fair.
The provinces of Bulacan, La Union, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Pangasinan and Tarlac also joined the successful event.
