CITY of BALANGA, Bataan – Motivated by the desire to enhance the skills of the tourism personnel on how to plan, manage and apply choreography and dance movements, production design and music composition to formulate a unique and quality festival that will draw international tourists to visit the Province, the Provincial Government of Bataan participated in the “Festival Planning and Management Seminar-Workshop” at the Benigno S. Aquino Hall, Capitol Compound, City of San Fernando, Pampanga together with participants from the other six (6) provinces in Central Luzon Region last September 9-12, 2014.
