The municipality of Mariveles bagged the Best Chorale Presentation award and received a Php 10, 000 cash prize plus 20 t-shirts from the Bataan Tourism Center. Said Agency also provided Php 5,000 financial assistance to all the participating city and municipal federations of senior citizens. The Provincial Social Welfare & Development Office assisted the Bataan Tourism Center in inviting the participants, setting up the venue and facilitating the program.
Among the guests who graced the occasion were Hon. Jose C. Villapando, Board Member & Vice-Chairman of SP Committee on Senior Citizens and Former Board Member Gabriel Del Rosario who represented his mother, Madam Lorelei Del Rosario, first lady of the Municipality of Bagac who is also one of the Board of Directors of the Bataan Tourism Council Foundation, Inc.
The Board of Judges during the competition were Mr. Cesar Cuayson, former Head of the Bataan Tourism Center, Mr. Noel Villanueva, Choir Director, BPSU Chorale and Mr. Nesty Enriquez, Choir Director, Koro Bancal.
