BALANGA CITY, Bataan – The heat and humidity of that Monday afternoon of April 7 did not dampen the eagerness and joyful feelings of the primary students, their parents and teachers from the eight (8) municipalities namely; Orani, Hermosa, Dinalupihan, Morong, Bagac, Limay, Orion, Mariveles and the City of Balanga who joined this most awaited prestigious competition. Each group had a minimum of 43 members including the 3 majorettes who displayed energetic dance moves while the rest of the group showcased their talents and dexterity in their respective musical instruments. Eventually, the students of Antonio G Llamas Elementary School (AGLES) from Municipality of Mariveles brought home the bacon, while Bagac come close at the 2nd place and Orani the 3rd placer. This successful event which provided a festive atmosphere in the Capitol grounds was made possible through the full support of the Department of Education and the able leadership of Mr. Ramon Perez and Ms. Yolanda Pruna.
