A brainchild of Sr. Supt. Audie Atienza, Bataan Police Director, the training of the Big bike riders came at a time when the Province led by Governor Abet S. Garcia created the MBDA to further ensure the investors’ protection in Bataan, now becoming the investment haven among foreign and local traders.

The MBDA is headed by its General Manager Charlie Pizarro, former mayor of Pilar town who was handpicked by the Governor for the said post, knowing his expertise in management and security.

“This is just the start of one of the several visions of MBDA as some more activities will follow.  We are also going to rid the Bataan expressway of illegal squatters,” said Pizarro.

Gov. Garcia said that a lot of foreign investors  had already put up shops inside the Freeport Area of Bataan, not to mention the tens of billions of pesos additional investment in Limay’s Petron Refinery.

When he was Congressman of Bataan’s 2nd District, or few months before he was elected governor in 2013, Garcia was able to create a law converting the once idled more than 500 hectares of land owned by the Phil. National Oil Company into an industrial complex, paving the way for additional investors in the area.
