14th Regional Development Council Meeting

During the meeting, Gov. Abet took the opportunity to reiterate the request of the Province of Bataan to the DPWH for the widening of the Roman Expressway and the Bagac-Mariveles road. Gov. Hermogenes Ebdane of Zambales supported Gov. Abet’s motion to which DPWH Regional Director Antonio Molano Jr. readily positively responded to saying the DPWH already has plans for said request..

The Council and other private sector representatives approved Gov. Abet’s request. Once fully implemented, said road widening projects will help boost the economic and tourism activities in the Province.
