BALANGA CITY, Bataan – The towns of Dinalupihan and Pilar and the City of Balanga City, hardly-hit by typhoon “Josie” were the recipients of the relief goods from the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI).
During the relief distribution held at the Bataan People’s Center at the capitol compound, Gov. Abet Garcia, City Mayor Francis Garcia, Mayor Gila Garcia of Dinalupihan and Metro Bataan Development Authority (MBDA) General Manager Charlie Pizarro together with Orly dela Peña- PCCI Pres.- Bataan and officers, thanked PCCI thru Ms.Alegria S. Limjoco- PCCI- President, Ms. Gregoria G. Simbulan- PCCI- Regional Governor for Region lll, Mr. Robert Lim- AVP North Luzon, Ms. Nora Lacunav- Chairperson CSR, Ms. Nora Kaster- Manager business services, corporate communications and membership and Ms. Angie Albay- PCCI secretary, other staff and volunteers for the generosity extended to the people of Bataan affected by the typhoon
The relief goods distributed to 900 victims from Balanga City, 500 from Pilar and 100 from Dinalilupihan, included rice, canned goods, noodles, mineral water, clothes and slippers.
