   BALANGA CITY, Bataan – In its bid to promote positive behavior change resulting to the improvement of health, wellness and lifestyle in the community, the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO) conducted a seminar attended by officers and members of KALIPI (Kalipunan ng Liping Pilipina) province wide last September 9 at the Bulwagan ng Bayan II Capitol Compound, this City. KALIPI is a women’s organization aimed at assisting the women and the youth through community activities and livelihood programs.
