BALANGA CITY, Bataan – A Sangguniang Panlalawigan (SP) member is proposing the creation of an inter-agency task force to undertake peaceful relocation of some 3,000 informal dwellers occupying the Philippine National Oil Company (PNOC) property in the two barangays of Lamao and Alangan, of this town.
