4-star hotel rises in FAB

BALANGA CITY, Bataan – Governor Abet Garcia welcomes the establishment of the first ever high rise 4-star hotel in the middle of the Freeport Authority of Bataan (FAB), as he led he groundbreaking ceremony of the Sharemaxx Hotel.
Gov. Garcia added that this hotel is good news for our investors, tourists, buyers and clients who come to FAB for business and pleasure and need a comfortable place to stay. He assured the people behind Sharemaxx hotel and GICC the full support of Chairman of FAB and the Prov’l Govt of Bataan for the strong partnership and mutual advantages that will redound to the prosperity of the people.
Engr. Brixx Gonzales of GICC in his message said that Shatemaxx Hotel will surely enhance the leisure and tourism potentials of FAB and Mariveles for the six storey hotel will feature unique amenities with its 70 cozy guest rooms, a Chinese restaurant, coffee shop, multi-purpose area at the roof deck, security rooms with cctv, laundry shop and clinic.
Gonzales also said that Sharemaxx and GICC are committed to enhance the infrastructure capabilities, support utilities and manpower training needed by the people which will adequately generate employment, livelihood and revenue for the Municipality of Mariveles and adjoining towns of Bataan.
Commodore Amado Sanglay, on behalf of Capt. Benjamin Tancio, Chairman of the Board, Ms. Xiaoging Lou, GICC President and Mr. Manson, stressed that Sharemaxx Hotel and GICC are determined to create a comfortable working environment and will continue to support the various programs of the government aimed at uplifting the lives of the people.
Also present during the affiar were AFAB Chairman Emy Pineda, Board Member Ed Calimbas, Mariveles Councilor Susan Murillo, Col. Donato Bait, COP Mariveles PNP, Lilia Tamayo of Tamayo’s Realty, China Bank Manager, former BM, Guding Ferrer and other officials of the locators at FAB.
