45 housing subdivisions to open in Bataan

BALANGA CITY, Bataan- Metro Manila and Central Luzon based real estate developers and property leasing corporate groups are exploring the rich housing business and investment potentials of this historic peninsula.
Board Member Rolando Z. The highly-meaningful, idealistic and productive perception of Bataan Governor Albert Raymond S. Garcia of transforming the former agricultural province is an energetic path for Bataan to reach the epitome of prosperity, Tigas said.
A former two-termer municipal mayor of the fast emerging industrial town in Northern Bataan and a prominent building contractor in Central Luzon, Tigas is amazed with the latest shelter development status with the proliferation of socialized housing and middle-class communities in the periphery of Bataan progressive economic zones and industrial growth areas.
The construction of a number of subdivisions in the province would address the scarcity in housing accommodations for the expected influx of highly and semi-skilled workers from other provinces seeking employment in the industrial and commercial establishments.
