Senate bet lauded IT program in Bataan

BALANGA, Bataan – City of Manila vice mayor Francisco “ Isko Moreno” Domogoso lauded the regular celebration of University Town Summit 2015 focusing on knowledge-based ideas encouraging innovative technological atmosphere for the advantage of thousands of college students while exploring business process outsourcing (BPO) future challenges .

In his special message before some three thousand college students of private and public institutions held at the Bataan Peoples’ Center last Friday, Domogoso, who is vying for a senate seat under Aksyon Demokratiko, said out of the 55 provinces in the country, it was his first time to hear in a formal forum that a local government has laid down an effective approach for the youth to stand out in information technology.

Domogoso explained that the fundamental motive of City Mayor Jose Enrique S. Garcia lll and the Sangguniang Panlungsod to meet its vision to become a University Town and Tech City by year 2020 would finally be achieved by exercising their entrepreneurial ingenuity.

He said the latest trend on information and technological productivity opens the best option for college students to enhance their inherent skills with the city government’s continued support for their bright future in Bataan.

Domogoso, 41, a former actor with 18 years in public service, vowed to concentrate his programs on housing, health and education if he becomes a senator, however, he said providing the best education to the youth remains his top priority .
