BALANGA CITY, Bataan – Effective December 1, the Environment and Natural Resources Office (ENRO) of Bataan has a new head, after Gov. Abet S. Garcia approved the designation of Engr. Vic Ubaldo, following the retirement of former ENRO head, Engr. Fred de Guzman.
Prior to his designation as ENRO head, Ubaldo was former Assistant Regional Director of NEDA, the national economic planning agency of the government.
A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Agriculture engineering from UPLB, Engr. Ubaldo topped the 1985 board examinations for Agri engineers. He earned his Master of Science in Rural Resources and Environmental Policy from the University of London in 1994.
Engr. Ubaldo also has a Masteral degree in National Security Administration from the National Defense College of the Philippines and earned another diploma in Public Management from the Development Academy of the Philippines and conferred a Career Executive Service Eligibility by CESB in 2005.
“We are lucky to have a department head in the person of Engr. Ubaldo,” said Gov. Garcia as he endorsed for the immediate approval by the Provincial Board of his appointment.
