EDITA SELVA BUENO of Limay is currently the Administrator of the National Electrification Administration (NEA), a government-owned and controled corporation mandated to promote, encourage and assist public service entities towards achieving total electrification of the country.
Ms. Bueno, granddaughter of former Limay Vice Mayor Jose L. Juinio, is also an ex-officio member of the NEA Board of Administrators since 2004 and member of the steering committee of the ADB-Initiated Energy for All Partnership which aims to provide access to energy to an additional 100 million people by 2115.
Ms. Bueno finished Bachelor of Science in Public Administration and graduated magna cum laude.
She is currently ranked as a Career Executive Service Officer conferred by the President of the Philippines to government officials who passed the third level qualifying examinations.
