Health and retirement village soon to rise in Bagac

BALANGA CITY, Bataan – A Manila-based realty firm is developing about 10 hectares of land in the coastal village of Saysain, Bagac as a potential health and retirement community for foreign and local residents.

Ms. Annalie G.Pascasio, a licensed real estate broker and marketing head of Residencia de Floen Beach Resort Subdivision , said about seventy percent of the proposed road network and drainage system of the first phase of 3.2 hectares housing section for middle-income earning target clients have been completed.

Ms. Pascacio explained the numerous advantages of the new beach resort subdivision owned by Golden Frontier Era Land Corporation compared to other landed property are the elevated scenic location facing the majestic West Philippine Sea, preferable diving site as a marine protected area, healthy environment and peaceful community .

She described the geographical location of the coastal town of Bagac as conveniently accessible to the country’s three (3) largest existing economic zones, Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA), Clark Ecozone and Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan (AFAB) and being about 150 kilometers away from Metro Manila are big factors in the investment evaluation of health and retirement tourism category.

Quoting the late American president, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Pascasio said real estate cannot be lost or stolen, nor can it be carried away, purchased with common sense, paid in full and managed with reasonable care, it is about the safest investment in the world.

About 80 percent of prospective buyers are businessmen, Overseas Filipino Workers (OFW), professionals, plant managers of different industrial firms in Bataan and foreign retirees, Pascasio added
