BALANGA CITY, Bataan – “You are the force that strengthens us. You are the adrenaline that keeps us running in DOH.” Thus said Health Sec. Janette Loreto-Garin today during the turnover of “Tamang Serbisyo sa Kalusugan ng Pamilya or TSeKaP” Equipment Package in La Vista, Balanga City. She was referring to barangay health workers, midwives, nurses and doctors who serve the public.
A total of 192 barangay health stations and rural health units in Bataan were given Tamang Serbisyo sa Kalusugan ng Pamilya or TSeKaP Equipment Package this morning from DOH.
The package worth P35,000 includes two non-contact thermometers, one stethoscope, one digital blood pressure apparatus, one glucometer set for measurement of blood sugar, one dressing set, and two nebulizers.
For his part, Gov. Abet S. Garcia, also said “Kung malusog tayo, sigurado maganda ang buhay.” The governor said the vision of Bataan is focused on generating jobs, improving education and promoting health and a huge budget has been allocated for the benefit of the people of Bataan.
