MARIVELES, Bataan – The Mariveles Municipal Police Office here is set to launch the “I-Patroller Project” to better serve its residents in maintaining peace and order in this industrial and investment town.
Mariveles police chief, Superintendent Crizalde Conde met with the municipalities village chiefs to brief them before the formal launching to be led by second district congressman Jose Enrique “Joet” Garcia III.
The program is the pilot project of Congressman Joet Garcia, then city mayor of Balanga, who first implemented it the province’s capital and will soon be adopted in other towns.
Conde said the I-Patroller’s primary duties and responsibilities includes reporting of illegal activities, violations of barangay and municipal ordinances by means of SMS or video recording within the community for the authority to institute measures to prevent the same and to immediately provide response to save lives and properties in the community.
