Socialized housing for industrial workers opens in Bataan

LIMAY, Bataan –  A top ranking executive of a leading land and property developer in Central Luzon has projected the fast pace of development in the two industrial towns of Limay and Mariveles signals the urgent need for the construction of socialized and low-cost housing for workers and their families.

Philip Anthony Tan, Marketing Manager of Fiesta Communities, explained the housing firm is constructing 895 houses in the 9 hectares  of land in the picturesque upland village of San Francisco de Asis 2  this town, as their continuous  commitments of assisting  the government alleviate homelessness by providing affordable and decent residences .

 

Tan said the company has already 16 projects located in Tarlac, Pampanga, Zambales and the opening  of Fiesta Communities in Limay town  the other day is the latest in the list of several housing projects to be implemented this year.

 

He said the socio-economic development thrust of Bataan Governor Albert Raymond S. Garcia has strengthened business fundamentals which encourage property developers and housing capitalists to invest in creating socialized shelter projects with the expected setting up of industrial, commercial and other labor–intensive enterprises in the two southern towns of the historic peninsula.

 

He lauded Governor Garcia’s advocacy of initiating productive endeavors of empowering the people to attain progressive and livable atmosphere with the province’s economic growth.

 

Tan said the Fiesta Communities primary goal is to instill happy family to its residential unit, value of wise investment, safe and decent community environment, provision for sport facilities and other amenities.
